Lockdown Recordings

We worked hard to keep the choir going throughout lockdown, maintaining our weekly meetings on
Zoom and we even made a few recordings.

Friendship in the Air

Our Musical Director, Martin Jones and his writing partner, Shân Jones composed this song during the first lockdown. It is a song about staying connected. Even though we were unable to meet face to face we could still maintain friendships and make music together.

Sea Song

After the success of Friendship in the Air, Martin decided to embark on an even bigger 'virtual choir' project combining 150 individual recordings from 6 choral groups. Garath Malone style, but without the budget! The result was our recording of 'Sea Song', a piece written in 2017 also by Martin and Shân.
